Lab 6: Vector Shapes

Image
Today in class, I did a lab using an application called "CS6 Photoshop". The first step of this lab is to open the application, Photoshop, and select a new file. The file you select should be the original landscape you drew and uploaded to Dropbox. Once you've opened the original drawing, you have to fill the drawing with colors. But when you go to color the drawing, instead of using the pen and brush tool, you have to use the shapes to. So when you go to color the drawing, you can use shapes such as, circles, triangles, squares, rectangles, polygons, and custom shapes like clouds, people and the sun. So instead of coloring the landscape with brush and pen, you have to use shapes, which can be quite more difficult or easier depending on you landscape drawing. The objective of this lab to learn how to use those shapes tool, and fill them in correctly to fit with your drawings.

A few days ago in class, I did a lab on an application called "CS6 Photoshop". The first step of this lab was to take a blank piece of paper, and draw a landscape on it. After drawing the landscape, we had to scan the drawing, and upload it to a website called "Dropbox". Once we have uploaded the drawing to dropbox, we had to open photoshop, and make a new file, select the drawing we made, and it should pop up on your screen. When the photos comes on the screen, you now will be able to color the drawing using the pen or brush tool, and you're done with the lab. The objective of the lab was to learn how to scan photos and upload to Dropbox, and learn to color using the different types of tools they have in photoshop.
